Who are we?

Legacy Golf Advisors LLP provide contract management expertise and support for golf clubs, leisure facilities and business premises in the UK.

What information do we collect about you?

We hold contact information for these businesses along with contact details for members of staff, as appropriate. This information may be gathered via the golfing industry, the club’s website or direct engagement at the place of business.

We may also hold commercial and financial information relating to your business if you have chosen to share that with us.

How information about you will be used

  • Membership administration
  • Processing orders
  • Obtaining pricing comparisons and quotes
  • Supplier/Partner introductions
  • Setting up new supplier accounts and contracts
  • Research/statistical analysis
  • The management of our business relationship

We use 2 Customer Relationship Management (CRM) systems; Zoho and Contract Matters. These databases are maintained and include details of our communications with you and hold any contractual information that you have given us.  We also use the file management system Drop Box.

We use Adestra for our mailing list management and have verified their practices are also compliant with EU GDPR Legislation.

Further information may be collected in order to support our business relationship, enable suppliers to be introduced and accounts to be set up and managed and orders to be processed.

Your information will not be shared with or passed on to any other organisations without speaking with you first and acquiring your explicit consent to do so.
